"The time is now near at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be Freemen or slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their Houses and Farms are to be pillaged and destroyed, and they consigned to a State of Wretchedness from which no human efforts will probably deliver them.  The fate of unborn millions will now depend, under God, on the courage and conduct of this army – Our cruel and unrelenting enemy leaves us no choice but a brave resistance or the most abject submission; that is all we can expect – We have therefore to resolve to conquer or die."

George Washington, general orders, July, 1776

AMERICA UNDER JUDGMENT

By: Barbara A. (Norris) Martin

Our wonderful country, as we know it, is on a fast track to destruction, because (as a Nation) we have turned our back on God. My great-great-great Grandfathers, like many other American patriots fought, and many died in the American Revolutionary War to gain our freedom from England, and God gave us the victory. Also, He has given us many blessings since. But now (as a Nation) we have turned our back on God.

WE NEED NATIONAL REVIVAL IN AMERICA (TODAY)

“Our forefathers passed the vast Atlantic, spent their blood and treasure, that they might enjoy their liberties, both civil and religious, and transmit them to their *(1) posterity. Their children have waded through seas of difficulty, to leave us free and happy… Let us all be of one heart, and stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free. And may He, of His infinite mercy, grant us deliverance out of all our troubles.” William Prescott, an American Colonel in the Revolutionary War. (1726-1795)

“Posterity - You will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it. …. Blessed, forever blessed, be the name of God!” John Quincy Adams (1767-1848)

I am presently writing a book, “AMERICA UNDER JUDGMENT” about my Petition for Declaratory Judgment that I filed against the Federal, State and Local governments regarding the usurpation of my God Given Unalienable Rights. My book includes all of the scanned court documents filed in my entire case (and the explanation regarding each filing), beginning with the filing of my case (1) in the State District Court, 240th Judicial District, Fort Bend County Texas, erroneously removed to the (2) United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, appealed to the (3) Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and appealed to the (4) Supreme Court of the United States via a “Writ of Certiorari”. To the best of my knowledge, my case is the only case regarding Citizenship that has been before the judges of the U.S. Supreme Court since Dred Scott v. Sanford, 60 U.S. 393 (U.S.Mo. 1856)

DEFINITION OF “CHOSENRACE

GOD CHOSE A SERVANT RACE TO BE HIS SERVANTS

(KJV- Old Testament) “Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will show thee. (2) And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: (3) and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis 12:1-3 “And the Lord appeared unto him that same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee, and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham’s sake.” Genesis 26:24 “Now after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord it came to pass, that the Lord spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister saying, (2) Moses my servant is dead…” Joshua 1:1-2; “And the Lord said unto Satan, hast thou considered my servant Job…” Job 2:3;

(KJV - New Testament) Jesus said, “If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am there shall also my servant be; if any man serve me, him will my Father honor.” John 12:26; And, Jesus said “I and my Father are one.” John 10:30 By faith, Abraham, (God changed his name from Abram) when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whether he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise” Hebrews 11:8,9.

Abraham, because of his faith in and obedience to God, was chosen by God to be given the Abrahamic Covenant (a great unconditional promise) by God. This covenant was passed down from Abraham to his Posterity, through his sons Isaac and Jacob. God honors faith and obedience.

GOD’S SERVANTS OF TODAY ARE CHOSEN TO CARRY HIS WORD TO A LOST AND DYING WORLD.

Christians of today (who exercise faith in and obedience to God), are ‘chosen’ by God to proclaim the message of Jesus Christ (the only begotten Son of God) to the four corners of the earth.

“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. (17) These things I command you, that ye love one another. (18) If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. (19) If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. (20) Remember, the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you, if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. (21) But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me. John 15:16-21

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth”. Acts 1:8

42 USC § 1981 - Equal rights under the law

All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States shall have the same right in every State and Territory to make and enforce contracts, to sue, be parties, give evidence, and to the full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of persons and property as is enjoyed by white citizens, and shall be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind, and to no other.

42 USC § 1982 - Property rights of citizens

Current through Pub. L. 113-31: All citizens of the United States shall have the same right, in every State and Territory, as is enjoyed by white citizens thereof to inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold, and convey real and personal property.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/1982

So then, according to Title 42 of the United States Code, there must be a "citizen of the United States" and a "white citizen" correct? Also you see there is something called a "person" similar to the "citizen of the United States" that is distinctively different from a "white citizen". You should look up the word 'person' in the current Black's Law Legal Dictionary and compare it to the original definition in Blacks' Law Edition 1 from the 1825 era. It might suprise you to find out that the word 'person' does not include white Citizens! Also, the legal profession changed the definition gradually over those years to mean something entirely different than how it was originally defined.

The white citizen obviously already possed rights to inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold, and convey real and personal property; those are called inalienable or unalienable rights. The citizen of the United States was given rights by the government 'equal to' or the 'same' as the rights the white citizen already possed. The big problem with that thought is that the government doesn't have, and never had, the power to give anyone rights; much less to create a class of citizens not originally included in the Constitution. It can only give certain legally defined privileges to Citizens. But what it actually did is create a defacto citizenship for people who didn't qualify to be a Dejure Citizen. This was the beginning of the legal downfall of America.

Few people realize there was a U.S. Supreme Court case out of Houston, Texas in 1997 referred to as the Barbara Martin Case, that deals with this very issue. This is the first case we could find anywhere to recognize the difference between Dejure vs defacto citizenship since Dred Scott in the late 1800's. The case is real as you can plainly see from the date stamps on the documents. However, so few people seem to care about their rights anymore or care about the truth of Dejure vs defacto citizenship, that apparently they're going to let their country be destroyed by the legal profession, the politicians passing the laws, and the people funding them, ie the International Banking Cabal. Apparently most will consent to be a slave before they'll admit the truth about anything controversial these days.
